"I prepaid for a hotel through Expedia. The property was advertised as non-smoking, and upon arrival I saw non-smoking signs. However, the area outside the hotel and both rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I have a respiratory sensitivity and could not stay. The hotel repeatedly insisted there was no smoke odor. They offered another room, but it also smelled of smoke. I left and booked another hotel. Expedia requested a refund twice, but the hotel refused. See attached photo showing...

"I stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s a brand-new property, only about a year and a half old, so everything felt fresh and clean. Breakfast was included in the stay, and they have a great swimming pool and a hot spa. The family room was beautiful and easily accommodated six people. It featured two queen beds and two side bunk beds, which I absolutely loved. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can extend your stay until 1 PM for an additional $30. "Nothing but positive things to say. This place was great. I parked in the lot behind the hotel, and ran in to check in (the front street is closed to vehicles in the summer time). Once I got my room key, I had access to the underground parking. Arrived at 4pm on a Monday and managed to get the second last spot. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location!"
