"Super chill spot"

"We enjoyed the people who run the motel. However, the 2 beds were difficult to get into on wall side. There was a rust stain on bedsheet next to inner wall. Floor not clean. Vanity in bathroom broken. Shampoo packages dried up. This room 104 cost $700 for two days. We felt we paid too much. However, it was July weekend. However, that price was eccessive."

"The key they provided for us wouldn’t open our door so we had to wait for them to come help us. After driving over 4 hours it was very disappointing that we couldn’t get into our room right away and kept having issues with room key and had to use their master key"

"We were met by Pierre who couldn't be more helpful. Explained everything in detail. Breakfast was a delight. Pierre likes to provide a Canadian/French fusion. Not too heavy and not too light but a taste sensation. Nothing is too much bother in this delightful family home that you are aware of, but doesn't interfere with your private holiday. "Breakfast was good and Hotel was clean, nice rooms. Only pain point is the parking, wish they had more underground parkings and some EV charging points in future under their amenities list. Location excellent, downtown and close to Kelowna waterfront. Kids loved the stay too, it was the presidential executive suite."

Big shoutout to the staff too — everyone was friendly, helpful, and made check-in/check-out super smooth. Felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. "I stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s a brand-new property, only about a year and a half old, so everything felt fresh and clean. Breakfast was included in the stay, and they have a great swimming pool and a hot spa. The family room was beautiful and easily accommodated six people. "Our stay was a last minute decision and do not regret any of it. We were expecting sunny weather, which turned out to be overcast, with a few sprinkles of rain but it was warm and more important better than at home. Where torrential storms were creating havoc.
