The room was in chilly side as main bedroom radiator didnt work the car parking is ridiculous - cant get out Pool is nice compulsory swimming caps outdated no soap showers either €5 a night to park if use external booking partners no idea why so I didnt dine in hotel at all ! "I want to start by saying the location is great, right on Quay Street and the staff was very kind and helpful. And if perhaps we had gotten one of the rooms overlooking the street as shown in the picture it would have been better. Not sure if it was because we booked through Expedia, but we were put in room 105 which is the smallest room in the hotel and the window looks at a wall (which they tried to decorate with fake vines) with a green neon light that is the same day or night.
