"I have to say I was soooo surprised at how comfee & cozy I was at this property. First of all it was the coldest day of the year & the staff was so accommodating & friendly. They allowed me to check in early, provided extra towels & blankets… it was clean & has a great free breakfast.. if staying in the poconos I’d highly recommend "

"This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! "

"L'aspirateur n'avait visiblement pas été passé dans la chambre. Poils et petits déchets sur le tapis. Lit mal fait mais semblait quand même propre. La chambre et l'hôtel en général manque d'amour. Aussi, très mal insonorisé, nous entendions distinctement le voisin parler au téléphone et même son interlocuteur."

"Room was fine but dated with carpeting. Bathroom old tubs and shower. Not like the photo on website. Needs updating. Toilets broken and required maintenance. Heating system was noisy and rattled throughout the night. Requested a room with view and balcony and received a construction view. Loud and noisy with heavy equipment operating all day. Next time I pass through the area I’ll stay at the hotel under construction next time. Most staff were pleasant but not all. "

"I love the breakfast that was included and that they had a pool and hot tub. Great for a kid get away and I really liked that they set up a little spot to take pictures that was decorated accordingly to the holiday!"
