"The staff was courteous. I really appreciated that. However, I wished that I’d known that they were not going to have water in the building for 2 of my nine days. Also, the bed we were in, had a horrible mattress. I did address this with the staff via texting. She said that all of their beds were like that. In this case, I won’t be returning."

"Enjoyed the pool. Very modern front desk and lobby. As far as the rooms go, it looks like a Comfort Inn that Hilton bought and put their name on the building. The bathroom showers were in poor repair; missing and soiled causing that looks like a poor repair job. Furniture as definitely outdated. Just didn't live up to my expectations given that I've been a Hilton Honors program. I took pictures to document."

"The outlying areas where the rooms were could use a lift. Walkway was always wet, puddles even. Large bird poop droppings the whole time. Staff was excellent. If i asked for anything they were right there. Liked breakfast at AJs and sandwiches/food was fresh. Facilities were clean. "
