"It's a great location. Quiet, but near the shops and seafront. Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. Not a big room, but what you'd expect for a period property like this. The place itself is very stylish and well decorated."

"Great location right near the beach and added bonus of on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a tub and toiletries were included. No AC but fans were provided. There was a bit of traffic noise but didn’t bother us too much. Ear plugs are in the room if needed. Recommend staying here for the great location and cosy room."

"Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy . Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee"

"Fantastic quirky boutique hotel! We had a great stay in the Salon Rouge room for our 25th anniversary. The room was huge with amazing views and being able to have breakfast in bed was a real treat. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bar is a great space. Fantastic decor throughout too!"

"I stayed for two nights at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it is very close to Brighton Station. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice selection of food. However, I found the staff, particularly the lady hosting breakfast, to be unfriendly. On the first day of my stay, I was unwell and barely ate anything, including dinner that evening. The following morning, I asked if I could take my breakfast to my room because I still wasn’t feeling well. Unfortunately, the hostess...

"Staff are great, very helpful and accommodating. The room also had a waterdrop water filter, vacuum robot and large dehumidifier. The dehumidifier did stop working sometimes but was not a major issue. The AC worked very well. There was plenty of toilet paper provided and did not need to ask. Both the room and toilet were clean. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend."

"Stayed in premium sea view room was big and spacious, great views, would of liked a fridge just had a cooler, water available but on a hot day would be best if it was cold, robes and slippers available as well as hair dryer and iron and board, they have their own shampoo and conditioners and body wash, only thing would be the sink in bathroom doesn’t seem to drain well it’s slow and it doesn’t get rid of debris"

"We booked a luxury double. It was a very small room. The furniture was a bit tired and had some stains on the chair. Not enough ventilation as could hardly open the windows. No hairdryer in room had to ask for one. Wasn’t worth the money we paid. Didn’t have breakfast. No parking. Wouldn’t stay there again as I know there are cheaper and better places."
