"Room was clean. Breakfast was great but the staff need a lot more training. It took five minutes to check me out just to buy some cookies. Also my room cards stopped working twice so that was very frustrating but other than that the property was great."

"I've stayed here numerous times, and never been dissatisfied. The hotel overlooks the Snake River and mooring docks for one of the major river cruise lines. Very interesting. No significant negatives. I would note that the bathrooms are small."

Something splattered on the wall by the bed, big stains on carpet and chair, deadbolt didn’t lock and toilet ran all night. It’s not the worst place I have ever slept in. Needs some work"

Only thing for breakfast was waffles (about 4 or 5 people in line).One of the housekeeper's was carrying around her baby while working and I believe she was staying in the room across from me. People out in the parking lot were scary looking kind of zombieish. I wouldn't want to stay there by myself and we won't be back."

"Construction started at 7 am I stayed 3 days and that was a bit annoying. Breakfast was disappointing. Floors in my room seemed dirty my socks turned black. Things will get better when completed. Priced reasonably through Expedia."
