The front desk was very kind to allow us to have late check out but the housekeeping knocked every 20 minutes even though they were aware that we were granted late check out. We kept telling her, but she even opened my door when I was in the shower. No rest on this trip and I would not return here or recommend to anyone. "Room was clean. Would have liked to know before hand that the pool was closed and weight room equipment was not usable. Nothing worked. The breakfast was ok. Liked that you could make fresh waffles. It was ok for a 1 night stay"

"This budget hotel was perfect, but the staff really excelled. I received above and beyond good service and a cheerful and helpful attitude from everyone I interacted with. A special thanks to Louisa (or was it Lydia?) who helped return some items I had left in room. She showed kindness and initiative where many others would not have. Sorry I'm uncertain about the name, but I'm 100% in my admiration and gratitude."
