"We ask for a handicap accessible room and they did not have one found out later that it did not exist and it was under construction. We asked to have the second night canceled. They told us we could not do that. We had to ask Expedia . Very unhappy with the entire situation looking forward to a refund."

Rose (housekeeping) came and temporarily fixed it until someone could come the next morning to permanently fix it…the toilet ran every 25 minutes or so all night. Immediately outside the room someone had emptied some beverage which was very sticky and I had to rinse the front sidewalk off....
