"Was not very happy with the property we got there and checked in on a Sunday and the big pool was closed the whole time there was construction and banging with a hammer the whole time of my stay and I complained about it and they said that they were not going to compensate me in anyway so I would not go back again and I would not recommend it to anyone"

"Room was mostly clean (a little sand in the shower when we arrived and some bathroom tiles/spots around shower edge were old/off color). Staff were fantastic, amicable/personable, pleasant, helpful, offered suggestions for local things, were accomodating when we had requests. The ocean view from the balcony was lovely, walking distance to the beach was ideal. Good location, central to food, beach, etc. "

"There wasn’t anything I came across that needed immediate attention other than the commode tank was awfully warm the water intake was hot… I reported it, seems they may have had repair done and the hook up is wrong… they said they’d have someone come look but no one came… it wasn’t affecting our stay and I did report it. I am not going to chase that it was reported. That’s on them."

"Everything was so old!! The front door barely worked- I had to get a staff member to open it for me. No coffee pot in the room. All the areas were rickety and patched up. The sheets were clean, but the bed had serious dents from use. The room would NOT darken even ant night! Horrible shades and they have these blue lights glowing all night. The A/C was LOUD. Absolutely NO amenities like a simple USB plug! The staff was WONDERFUL. Very polite and helpful, with easy & fast check in and check out....

"Al vaak in dit hotel geweest, nog steeds prima locatie, dicht bij het strand. Prachtige tuin, met fijn zwembad! 3dagen met 2 kamers, 1 dag hebben we aangegeven dat we voor 1 kamer geen schoonmaak nodig hadden, vervolgens de volgende dagen in alle twee de kamers geen schoonmaak, ook geen schone handdoeken. Jammer! Ook het lenen van stoelen voor het strand was erg moeilijk, of niet beschikbaar."

"Two comments: 1- About the room, it was very comfortable and quiet during the night. Just one recommendation to keep improving. There were some dust behind the TV table, next to the 120V power split that connects a few devices(microwave, fridge and the TV ) 2- We (my wife and myself) were very well impressed with the front desk attendant's proactiveness during our check in.
