"The location is excellent, close to Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower, with supermarkets and metro stations nearby. The apartment is small for four people but comfortable and well-equipped for cooking and laundry. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment was clean with fresh towels and sheets. The check-in process was easy, and everything was clear from the start, including the refundable deposit. The booking process was straightforward."

"The apartment is not truly clean. The bathroom has mould. The sheets were not clean, it looked like they were left from the people before. There was two bags of dirty laundry towels left in the only clothes cupboard. There was balls of dust on the floor from under the bed. The sofa bed had rust marks on the sheet because it had been there so long. My children’s duvet smelled bad. There was blood on some of the bedsheets from the people before.
