Breakfast was good, but I wish they would offer custom orders (omelettes, avocado toast etc(. The room is on the small side, but you should have everything you need to make yourself comfortable. "This is a charming well maintained hotel close to the Arc de triomph. Location is great, lots of restaurants, access to transportation etc. Rooms are small but typical of this type of hotel. Beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly."

"The lobby was under construction, we got in early and was never allowed to check in early insure of rooms being available. The receptionist Baptiste had no idea of what he was doing, he also lacks empathy and compassion. The lobby was dusty and noisy which was due to their construction. The room 7080 air condition was broken and no one ever showed up in the 6 days to fix it. It was hot and miserable."

Simple, small, clean Also a very cheap market right next door and my fiance and I got a €3 bottle of wine and other items for any early nights we had Front staff were amazing. Very nice and friendly, loved them! It does get a bit warm at night, but we opened the windows and that helped a bunch, but other than that, we loved it "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Stayed here because I was running the marathon on Sunday the 12th and this hotel went above and beyond my expectations. Incredible location, right by the Arc and super quick access to metro location. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful our entire stay. We added to daily breakfast to our stay and it was so worth it, lots of choose from and very delicious. Special thanks to Rassan (hope I spelled that right!) for being so great in getting us...

"My wife and I stayed for one night and it was a great experience! Not too far from all the sight seeing locations and the room was comfortable. It did smell a tad like cigarettes, but it was very clean and the staff were very kind."

"The photos are misleading, there is no A/C and lifts only go to half floors, so do not bring luggage when you are booking this place. Staff is nice however their hands are also tied due to lack of infrastructure. This place needs an overhaul to come to modern standards. Elevator can fit 3 people or 1 piece of luggage and 1 person, halls are small that you can just roll one luggage bag at a time and then walk"
