"I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

"Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I don't think the outside balcony was cleaned though-out our stay. It kept us from enjoying it - and although its ocean view you face the street and hear the cars at night along with the waves of the beach, past the street view. I think it was an extra expense of money that i could have saved."

"First when I got to the room I had to report a few things! Shower handle came out and the hairblower attached to the wall needs to be fixed because it was hanging on with one screw.
The last day we lost power at 2:00am because a fire alarm went off. A water pipe burst in the fourth floor and flooded all the floors down to the entrance to the hotel and I had to give my room keys to a representative but couldn’t do checkout ! I had to leave the hotel and wait in the airport for more than 5 hours....

"This was a surprisingly nice experience for a lower budget hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff are as helpful and friendly as one could expect. No reason not to stay here. Only problem I had was the TV system. Didn’t work/very confusing/couldn’t figure it out/ did start malfunctioning turning on and off by itself."
