"My husband & I were in for a business trip & initially booked for a couple days. Due to client needs, we continued to have to extend our stay for 3-4 days. The staff was “annoyed” because we came down in the morning to ask them to extend, pay & cause time into their day. This hotel is empty for a reason. Marriott is a descent chain, this property should be ashamed of themselves. Customer Service 0."

"The rooms are big and comfortable, also clean. The room has a mini-kitchen with stove and fridge. However, there wasn't a single cup, pan or spoon. Nothing to do even a cup of coffee. I asked to the reception and they said they sometimes have them to lend but not available on those days. Also the building is very isolated, so finding a place for a coffee within a walking distance is impossible."

"Do not stay here! The first room they lut us in looked like a crime scene or like a meth addict lived there. There was fire damage of some kind on back of the door, hair and stains on the pillows and bed, the closet was broken and had pen marks on it, and the odir in the room was nausea inducing! I cannot believe they would rent that room out. The front desk lady did move us to a better room, but she seemed lime she was mad that we asked and had an attitude. Just an awful experience."

"I waited in a line for 2 hours almost asking for a refund because there were roaches in the shower the lights didn't work and the TV didn't work. And then the guy asked if I had pictures for proof. Like how rude good thing I did have pictures and he said he couldn't refund me that I had to get it through who I booked through like I paid here so I should get refunded here"

"Over the years Super8 is always a value. The curtains on my unit were damaged but closeable. The breakfast bar was sufficient but could be better. If you are a senior traveler: the toilets are so close to the ground as to be dangerous. Hand holds are a must. How about limited mobility rooms with higher toilets and or hand holds."

"Staff was friendly and helpful but that was it. Poorly maintained building, very obviously only attracts a certain type of people. Hotel receptionist seemed almost surprised when checking me into my room and upon walking in, immediately I could see why. Our suite looked and felt as though no one had been in it in years, despite stains on the “freshly washed” towels and sheets. Shower only had scalding hot water and we could hear our neighbors activity throughout our stay. Needless to say this...

"The location was great and very easy to get to downtown. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It is a budget motel so it is old and the room we were in needs a makeover but it did the job. The staff was very nice and helpful."
