"Convenient place, near the airport. St. John’s is not a large city so driving anywhere from the house is about a 10 to 15 minute drive at most. A few critiques about the place are: 1/ lots of closet space but there are no dressers or shelves if you want to lay out your clothes. 2/the owner asks that prior to leaving that all towels are placed in the hamper, in the laundry room, and that you load any dishes into the dishwasher and turn the dishwasher on. That’s fine, no problem with that....

"This was a perfect location for me to spend time with my son who attends MUN. The trails nearby provided beautiful views and a nice way to get to Signal Hill. We could make meals together in the well-equipped kitchen and each had comfortable bedrooms. Thanks to Todd for providing such a comfortable home base!"

"Excellent stay in St. John’s if you have a vehicle. Close to grocery and other stores, unit has everything you would need and host was wonderful. It’s only a very short drive to downtown however walking would take 30-40 minutes and involve some steep hills coming back. Would recommend."

"This was a small apartment on the first floor that was ideally located for us. The place is well equipped with all of the things we needed. The bed isn’t overly comfortable, but for three days it was fine. The washer and dryer would be a nice touch for travelers and was a pleasant surprise.
