"We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. "Overall we had a great stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable! Everything worked well and the staff were very friendly. The location was also very walkable to shops, restaurants, and other needs. We could hear noise from a bar/restaurant down the street & the local mosque, but the front desk provided earplugs and that was sufficient to be able to sleep well."

A previous review said they were rude and I found that shocking as me and my friend thought they were so lovely. Room is comfortable but basic but it does have AC! It's a loud area so you will hear the call to prayer in the night but that's the same as any other room in this area, not the fault of the accomodation.
