"Staff were all really nice & on the ball, very pleasant, opened doors for us, got us a drink while we waited for our room, which we got into early ( without asking) also offered us an extra half hour to check out as we went out.
So we had more time in the town.
All in all lovely hotel very close to town 5 minute walk. Only problem is parking, but the receptionist found us a space in the back car park & our Daughter & Son Inlaw who were with us. "

"Love the property, my room was beautiful and it looked out to the back of the house onto the gardens. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great. My only problem was the wifi-it was not reliable which was an issue since this was a work trip and I had work to do while I was there. "

"The room was not clean when we entered. There were dead bugs in the tub and some unknown substance near the sink.
The white towels had brown / red stains. We asked for a change of the towels and those also had brown / red stains.
Hotel is pretty old - paint is flaking off everywhere.
No slippers in the room (had to ask for it). No tooth brush / tooth paste.
Calls to conceirge were not answered.
In terms of staff, I expected them to move my bags into my room given I'd dropped off my bags...

"El estacionamiento está muy incómodo para ingresar. Además cuando entramos no había lugar y tuvimos que dejarlo en los estacionamientos públicos.
El desayuno estuvo bien.
Te dan un menú y hay algunas pocas cosas para agarrar estilo Buffet. Pero si buscas el English Breakfast vas a salir contento.
La habitación amplia.
Baño con bañera.
Tener en cuenta que hay que subir por escaleras y pasar por el bar que está abajo del hotel."

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "
