The rental has a main building, a container and two trailers with mostly two people occupancy rooms. Our room, the bigger one, was what the owner named “Almeja” =(royal apartment). It really means "clam": a short 7 ft heigh basement with zero views or usable windows (a box), no more than 100 ft far the sea level. "I waited approx 40 minutes before getting response from host. Parking was limited with the exception of a lot where you have to go over side walk with ur car with a big rock in between. Trust me you wont have an oil pan after parking. The apt. Is on top of a hill, the area doesn't appeared safe at all. After seeing location not finding a place to park, i decided to leave however i loss all my money. No refund. Host never contacted me to at least refund half of the money. A total loss and waist...

"My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain."
