Hotels a Barri Francès de Fairhope, Fairhope

"The staff were the nicest people ever. They were very helpful and always considerate. The breakfast was actually very good. I would stay there again and again and again."

"Great location in downtown Fairhope. Room was very clean. Housekeeping lady, Crystal, was very friendly and accommodating. Reception staff were friendly and we were efficiently checked in. Breakfast was very good and not the same each day. Breakfast attendants each day were so nice and we enjoyed talking with them. My only negative comment is that the booth seating in the breakfast area is needs to be refurbished. It is very worn and I sank in it when I sat down, and I am a petite, slender...

"Great"

"Soda bed was very uncomfortable but otherwise, it was a nice hotel and staff was very helpful!"

"Nice location"

"The floor was soaked from the bathroom past one bed. We called the service desk and they told us sorry that we have no one to look at it. They said to put towels down. They did not offer another room nor to refund our money to look elsewhere. I even had to go downstairs and get towels myself. The towels quickly soaked thru to a solid brown color. I have pictures as it was totally disgusting. We ruined our soaks and had to wear shoes to walk around to the bathroom and back. No apologies nor any...

"Very friendly staff"

"Such a warm welcome by Dana and Jim and the entire staff! Such a beautiful property with charm and character. Amazing delicious and healthy breakfast options! Will come back!"

"Comfortable bed but A/C wasn’t cooling properly but good enough for the night."

"The Staff was amazing. I was traveling with my disabled adult daughter and Michelle at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. And the rest of the staff was also helpful and went above and beyond. I could not have received better service. Exemplary!!!!!!!"

"Reservation system is useless. I booked my room and prepaid 3 months in advance and when I arrived at 3:00 p.m. On check-in day, they stated that they gave my room away to someone that decided to extend their stay. Mind you were traveling with a child and purposely arranged to have the sweet to accommodate our family. So I was responsible and booked it in advance and chose the room that best fits my family. Nope, we got a standard room."

"The staff was very friendly but the rooms could have been cleaner than how we received it. Other than that location wise and cost was fair."
