"The only thing I liked was the location and the staff. The worst part is that I made a reservation for 3 people and they gave me a room with one bed. And they wanted to charge me an extra 500PHP for a bed. And of course I didn't pay. And they put a mattress for the child to sleep on. Other than that, the Resort is old. "DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. Early in the morning the staff started making noise as if they have no guests. TERRIBLE place. STAY AWAY! "

"At first it was disappointing because we booked online for two nights staying here in hotel app and it says breakfast are included but when we got here there’s no breakfast in the morning we paid too much money but the service by cocotel is so disappointing and big scam .thankfully the staffs here are so kind and attentive/caring and all my disappointments are gone because of them . "We are family of 38 pax. Total 5 rooms. No trash can around the resort. Difficult to maintain cleanliness. Ac not working well. Water supply not good. WiFi not good. Lot of dogs at beach. Did not sleep well. Kids not happy. "
