"The property is really big, we drove there with a rented car from Lisbon. When you first get in, it feels intimidating, but once you find the main check-in counter, it is smooth sailing from there. We met someone by the name of Marvin, who was our trip angel. He was so kind, and helpful and expecting nothing in return. The property is incredibly beautiful to the point of speechlessness. It is indeed luxury! They keep it so clean, and the people are so friendly, they have so many options for...

"We were given the wrong room (we booked a 2 bedroom and they gave us a 1 bedroom) initially! They didn't seem very apologetic about it.
The room we were given had a VERY dated kitchen - yellow laminate cabinets that were chipped. This did NOT match the pictures on Expedia or the resort website. Also the couch was very sad and worn out (unlike the cute couch in the pictures).
On a positive note, the grounds were beautiful and nicely maintained. And the food at the restaurants was delicious!"

"Great location for marina and beach but next to a beach club which pumped out loud music into the early hours of the morning. Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful."

"For a 4 star hotel it’s quite run down and old. We stayed 3 days. The amenities are nice. We had an ant problem in our room which was gross, they came and cleaned it up and sprayed a bunch of chemicals. Wouldn’t stay here again!"

"The size of the accommodation was the only positive factor for me.
The apartment has absolutely no sound proofing, so we could hear not only furniture scraping floors, but also when the neighbours children were crying next door or above us.
No blackout curtains.
No recycling, we were in the room when housekeeping would come by and put all the glass and empty containers that we had placed next to the garbage can in the same bag and take it out."
