"The description said two bedroom but in actuality there is a lofted open space over the living room and kitchen as the second bedroom. I wish the description clarified this as we have young children and did not want to go to bed the same time as them- we needed both bedrooms to have closely doors to get the kids to bed while still being able to have adult time. "Our group of four adults stayed here for a friends wedding. The house was as advertised, the price matched the accomodations. Communication with owner was exceptional. Through no fault of owner, the TP supply ran out, after notifying Pam, she immediately delivered a plentiful supply of TP, and other paper goods. Beds were super comfortable! Thank you for the stay Pam, we definitely would rent again for future visits!!"

"As the title states, we didn't realize that we were not going to be able to visit any beaches or do any harbor tours.The house was lovely, with it's wide plank wood floors. The floral bouquet left for us was lovely and appreciated. There was a notebook that was prepared for the rental, however, we didn't see it until the day we left. "The house and location were great. Close enough to feel like we could easily get to the beach, hikes, and restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. There is a very useful house manual that was invaluable in making our stay easier. Sadly we weren't able to take advantage of the Kayaks and paddle boards since we didn't have an easy way to reach the water access, which is a slight walk from the house. "

"The interior of the home was very nice, spacious, and clean. The exterior is in need of paint and deck maintenance, perhaps some enhancements to the outdoor living areas. There wasn't much we could do as a family in the yard in terms of eating outside, playing games, having cocktails. Nonetheless, the home is only 10 minutes from the National Seashore which are the best beaches on the Cape in my opinion. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. "

"Centrally located for visiting the cape and very well maintained. This is a beautiful property and the owners have really gone above and beyond to make it an idyllic getaway. Owners were prompt in responding to questions and resolving issues. Note that there is just 1 full bath and 1 half bath, so would work best for a small family and may not be suitable for a larger group. "

"Cosy retreat with pond view. Great for canoeing with the dog. Sweet porch for reading and morning coffee. Tara was an excellent host who communicated immediately and went well above and beyond to correct an issue that was out of her control.A great central location that allowed us to roam freely to our favorite beaches, hikes, and restaurants. We will gladly return in the future. "

"The house was big and gave us plenty of space. It was also close enough to all attractions especially restaurants for the foodies in the family. The house was well appointed in a beautiful, serene location. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!"

"Friends and I really enjoyed the stay, however short it was. Jen was a great host, very responsive and knowledgable about the area and made the stay feel so stress-free and fun. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Our family of 8 was so comfortable in this house. It was beautifully landscaped. Loved how private and cozy it felt. Definitely made use of the rail trail in the backyard. It was an easy walk down to Arnold’s for mini golf and ice cream. We had a couple runners in the house that also enjoyed the having a safe place to run. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was also so nice to have so many bath, beach, and swim towels provided. Huge plus! ...

"Beautiful accommodations steps away from the beach. Love, love, love the outside shower and deck!! Each bedroom had its own access to the deck area, definitely a plus!! Tara was lovely to work with and very responsive. If I could I’d give it a 10 out of 10. We will book again I’m sure!!"

"We had a great time at this place. It's located in a small sub-division next to Ocean's Edge Resort in Brewster MA. It's a couple of blocks from the beach, and a short walk / drive to local restaurants. We did car trips to nearby Cape Cod towns.
