"PERFECT location for downtown Indianapolis activities! Apartments were quaint and comfortable. The staff was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Would recommend!"

"This rental is so cute and cozy! I stayed there with friends for two nights for a weekend event in Indianapolis. The fairy/string lights and faux vines throughout the house are an adorable touch, and worked very well as nightlights. The living area and master bedroom have ceiling fans in addition to the central AC, which was very nice as I enjoy having the sound of a fan while I sleep. "We rented this because of the king bed, which was very comfortable. Could ask for TV in the bedroom where king bed is as there is only a TV in bedroom with queen bed and no TV in living room either. Very nice house and appeared to be a nice location. "

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. "
