"Airport shuttle drivers are great… people telling you where to go to get the shuttle not so great.
Hotel lobby is the best thing there, the halls are dark & feel dirty.
Rooms were good, nothing special.
2 restaurants are a bit misleading. A bar with food service, limited seating. & a breakfast ( which was still closed due to early flight)
Pretty expensive but it is expected since it’s Phoenix & next to hotel.

"This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room.
Luckily I stayed at the Scottsdale location for the majority of my trip - I only "slept" one night here due to a flight cancellation. In future, I would head back to Scottsdale before setting foot into this location again. The...

"This is not a mainstream hotel. Think of it as an AirBnB. There is no food service or bar area at the property. You have a small apartment to yourself. InstaCart for food or walk to the Bodega a few blocks away, stepping over the strung out homeless people to the west of the building. Great amenities - pool and fitness center. So-so on the cleanliness. We would not stay here again. "
