"Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!"

"This was a HORRIBLE experience. The first room they gave us, there was a man inside and the staff had no idea who he was! Then they moved us to a room where the TV didn't work, the towel rack was ripped off the wall. The staff acted annoyed most of the time, the pillows were flatter than a pancake. Pool was nasty, hot tub broken and filled with nasty water. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!"

Told them our dogs were service animals and they asked for “certification paperwork” as a condition of refunding the pet fees and put up an argument when we told them asking for said paperwork is against the law."
