I may be thinking wrong but,when a hotel provides a kitchen shouldn't they provide something to cook in and to cook with. If the lobby has a coffee maker in plane site it should be usable 24 hrs a day and you shouldn't be yelled at for getting some. While checking out I had to witness a guest getting yelled at over a bill dispute, the counter staff are very unprofessional. If you're going to use the washer/dryer plan on doing the dryer twice to get your close dry. The bed was very comfortable and the room was usable. I won't use them again due to the counter staff.

Staff was nice, except this is the only place we’ve ever stayed where I wasn’t allowed to bring my wife breakfast back to our room. Safety latch/lock was broken on our room door and shower was rusty and paint peeling from tub part( not wall) we refused to use the shower., we like the fact it has a full refrigerator and although I couldn’t bring my wife breakfast, it was a very good free breakfast with eggs, bacon and sausage.

Bad breakfast, bathroom fan and AC were loud like an attach helicopter. Old room, requires renovation. If you need a place to lay your head for the night it's okay. Other than that, find another place.

Turned on light upon entry to my room and saw a few roaches scurry. Therefore I had to keep all my belongings off the floor, counters, and dresser for fear of bugs. Bathroom ceiling over the shower had an unfinished patch. Towels were worn and dingy. Though I understand that the price point does not merit luxury, the basics of clean and sanitary are imperative. Would not recommend.

Mi reserva fue para dos noches y cuando llegué al hotel me dijeron que no tenían mi habitación disponible , que tenían una pero olía mal y tenía cucarachas . Me la mostraron y obviamente no la tomé . A lo cual les dije que no la quería y me dijeron que todo bien me dieron un papel de 0 cargos pero no! Aún así me hicieron el cargo por cancelación sabiendo que yo no tenía la culpa . Muy pésimo servicio de el hotel como de expedía que no me pudieron resolver eso . Gracias a eso tuve que gastar más por agarrar hotel el mismo día y a media noche .

This location is trying to be two things that are contradictory: short-term housing for low-income folks in Amarillo, a legitimate need, and, a mainstream destination for travelers on I-40. The experience was like being the first retail customer in a room last used to house the homeless during Covid. Most of the appliances were broken, the shower dispensaries were empty, and the pool had been replaced with a checkerboard garden of concrete and dead plants.

$200 for a night's stay. Room smelled bad. Dusty, grimy, dated, yellowish pillows. Should have slept in my car. Ah regrets...

Nothing the place was dirty, poorly maintained. The towels were very disgustingly dirty. The shower pan was ducked taped together felt like you were going to fall thru.

The possible owners of the property would slam their door as I walked past, or stare at me in the most rude uncomfortable way. There were a lot of bugs, I bring my family to Amarillo often, I would never stay there again.

Checked in and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was nasty stuff in the sink that had been there for a very long time. There was hand prints on the head board above the bed. The toilet was lose and unstable. Definitely one of the worse places. Checked out they wouldn't give a refund we did not stay and left.

The room smelled of smoke and the Continental Breakfast was almost non-existent. This Red Roof was not up to the typical Red Roof standards.
