Very well stocked with shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent - all those little things you don’t want to have to worry about bringing on vacation. Great supply of linens too - including some outdoor towels for the hot tub. We cooked large meals each night of our stay, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. "My husband is disabled and we don't get to get out much this little cabin was just what we needed we sat outside on the porch early morning watching the dark turn into light the sound of the water trees whistling in the wind the Canadian geese were beautiful cabin was so clean and nicely kept and the host was prompt with everything we needed I definitely found our favorite place thanks for making our 29th anniversary a memorable trip "

"We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park....

"Lovely peaceful setting on the river, quiet country setting. Access to surrounding towns was easy and I appreciated the list of businesses you provided. The views from the balconies were great as well. Managing the stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. Would be nice if owners could build out a bit of a landing zone at door height for luggage to sit on while you open the door. That was such a tiny part of the visit, it wouldn’t prevent me from staying again though. Overall I enjoyed the...

"This home was the absolute perfect spot for our family of 4 to meet up with our best friends (also a family of 4). There is plenty of room, the dining table accommodates big group meals, and the view was just incredible. We enjoyed hiking in the area and would love to come back! Wonderfully responsive host and the bed was so comfortable. "
