The property was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "Breakfast choice was adequate but may get old after the second or third day. Otherwise, tasty selections. Adequate dining choices nearby within a 10 min drive. They should offer shuttle service to the local Metro station as the parking situation there was problematic...lots of construction and cramped parking spaces. It's less than a 10 minute drive though. It was a pleasant stay for 2 nights. "

"I loved it! You cannot ask for better location and price. I was able to work remotely with a good view of pool while my hubby went to MD Anderson. The rooms are newly repainted and decorated. I normally bring my own scented items from home just to maintain my own spatial sense of smell. Like I said - if you want a safe, clean, pool environment then I would chose here."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service and room quality were far below what I expected. The room door was extremely difficult to open. It would get stuck every time, and we often had to kick it with our foot just to get inside. The bathroom shower curtain was old and in poor condition, and to make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The biggest issue happened the next morning. "The door let a lot of light and noise from the corridor into the room. I was woken up by talking or getting ice from the ice machine several times during my stay."

"Me and family was here for the 4th of July weekend arrive after check-in and the room wasn't ready, finally got to the room the A/c was not working properly called front desk they sent a maintenance Guy up he changed the battery in a/c thermostat like that was supposed to fix the a/c not blowing cold air,we went to dinner cane back even worse the A/c was still hot,suffered in heat that night thenest day they changed our room thinking that they giving me a upgrade just ti get in a room even worse...
