"Poor check in experience, room was not ready at agreed time. After a long drive with multiple young kids, this is an issue. Once the room was ready, the staff did not offer to help us to the room and did not help us with our bags. This is not like a hotel, more like an old age home. Room itself was clean but the common areas were filthy. I would not recommend this accommodation."

"Stayed here several times before, will stay there again when I need to be next to BKK for a flight. My advice is to skip the shuttle and go down to the terminal to the B level where the rail connection is located and walk to/ from the hotel in the tunnel. About 10 minutes. Also, the Terminal has a food court level on 3. You don't need to go through immigration or security, so you have a variety of casual dining options."

"1st time here at this hotel. I chose it for proximity to DMK airport. There are renovations happening right now, the main front entrance and walking bridge are closed. It is an easy 200m walk across the road. The surprise is you get offered free shuttle to airport! Breakfast is amazing, both western and Thai.
Beds and linen super clean and fresh.you can fly to BKk and get airport shuttle to DMK and walk 200m across the road.
I cant believe it has taken me so long to work this easy travel and...
