"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! "

"This place was amazing. It has been lovingly converted into accommodation with so much attention to detail that you don’t want to leave. The additional Christmas decorations were super cute and appreciated as well as the full service kitchen (with coffee and milk), games and fabulous top floor 360°window to watch the sunrise/sunset, wildlife etc. Highly recommend a stay here. "

"Great house, clean and well appointed with good parking. Absolutely no complaints with the home or the check in process. The issue was its proximity (or lack thereof) to Oxford center or having any cafes or restaurants near by. Its location meant that any foray into Oxford even for good eating options needed you to drive in (it’s a 40 minute walk otherwise) and taking a car into Oxford isn’t a great experience."

However, the studio turned out to be just fine and the owner adjusted the cost accordingly. The kitchenette came in handy and the location was great for walking into town. "
