"We had a lovely stay and felt very welcomed by Dorothy! I had an issue unlocking the door and she came over immediately to help. The apartment was spotless and cozy with views of her lovely gardens, located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Very pleasant to walk from there to the marina where our boat was docked. We will be back next year!"

"This is a nice place to stay that is not too far from home, but far enough for it to feel like you’re on a weekend getaway. Beautiful location that has access to calm and relaxing weekend or you’re up for some more active weekend getaway like fishing, swimming and kayaking "

"Booked for the weekend over a year ago for URI graduation weekend. Check in process was simple, the house & location was perfect for us, the drive to URI was fairly short, and we were away from the crowd of Kingston. Our family was happy with the house, the downtown area and the closeness to the beach.We had a small hiccup with the kitchen, and Michael was quick to response and resolved the issue. We would book this house again, since we did not get to see the entire area due to graduation...

"The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there. "The room was clean, spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very attentive and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had planned to walk or bike to town which seemed very doable but it was unseasonably cold so we drove. Everything of interest was close by and easily accessible. "
