However, it was not well kept (neither was it recently renovated), it was untidy when we arrived (including damp towels on the radiators) and not as clean as we would have expected. The bathroom was very dark (black tiles) and contained no soap other than a half used cake (all the liquid soap dispensers were empty). Sheets were well worn and, we suspect, had been poorly washed and aired before we arrived - as a result, we went out and purchased new...

"The place was clean, was as noted in the pictures, walkable distance to city center, shops and grocery stores. There was soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent for use. There were also coffee pods with sugar and some spices in the kitchen. The only thing is that the bed sheet was actually a mattress spring box cover instead of a bed sheet. May be this was an oversight, but otherwise all was ok."

"Very good location for walking to town. Parking can be tricky but we were able to find a spot nearby.The house is actually more updated than the photos show. The kitchen is great, the beds are good too. The bedroom are small since the closets take up a lot of space but the main area provides great gathering space. There is not any aircon and there was a bit of an Irish heat wave so a few fans would have been nice. I guess usually this is not a problem.Overall a great stay."

"The house was very spacious and had beautiful views. It was about a 10 minute drive into town. We had 2 young children with us and there was plenty to keep them occupied. They loved the trampoline and the game shed with a ping-pong and foosball table. However, the house was not very clean. It had a musty smell, and the sheets and pillows in most of the rooms smelled musty too. One of the bedrooms had wet carpet and smelled so bad that no one could sleep in it.
