"Being 11pm at Night, the Receptionist could have been a LOT more ENTHUSIASTIC about HELPING a TIRED L8T night traveler. The ROOM was GREAT, WARM & ROOMY. Did NOT require Breakfast, for the PRICE of the ROOM was Breakfast, INCLUDED ??? 7.5/10"

Sovereign Hill Hotel
"Room 53 does not deserve a 4 star according to international hospitality rating. Bed side table and lamp missing + shower screen not closing letting water spill everywhere + cheap hisense TV screen too small installed in diagonal of bed instead of being centered +TV RC operation from bed"
