"As advertised. The host was very responsive, working with me on an issue with the listing. Well furnished and equipped apartment with an upstairs deck overlooking nice backyard. Would definitely rent again especially if we come back with a larger group. The apartment can easily accommodate four adults."

"Had an amazing stay! The place is so spacious and clean. Nice neighborhood and was able to easily access all the places we wanted to visit Mendal was very accommodating, we cant wait to stay here again "

"Extremely nice home. Great location. Within walking distance to food, stores and 2/5 train. Never had an issue with street parking. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. Home was well equipped! Excellent hospitality from the host! We will definitely be returning!! "

"The only thing I have feedback is regarding the cleanliness of the place because the floor and the stairs were not as clean as I would like but the place was great, the communication with the host was easy and he helped us with everything we needed. "

"It is above the owner's house so you have to be aware of noise. It is very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is poor lighting and a small mirror in the bathroom. When doing hair and applying make up was a challenge. Also I could not get the TV to work. It had no internet access. It said there was access to hulu but I could not get the TV to work at all but I did not contact the owner as it was late. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. It is very close access to everything and very clean...

"The unit was in a multi-unit dwelling, but we didn’t have any interaction with other units/residents. Unit was clean and “as advertised.” I would have like if there were some window treatments in the living/dining room, but overall… it was really a great decision to rent this space for our family trip to NY!"

"I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend."

"We were in town for a family wedding and had a very comfortable stay! It was a luxury to have private parking waiting for us as street parking was full when we arrived close to midnight. Inside, there was lots of space to spread out with so many thoughtful details such as: umbrellas by the door, Brita water pitcher with new filter, Keurig coffee maker with assorted ground coffees, Dove soap bars in the bathrooms, quality hand soaps, air purifiers in every room, just to name a few!
