"No door or curtain at the shower so it was always flooding the bathroom and no hooks or shelves anywhere to put things. Aircon was good and cold."

"The tables were filthy underneath the tablecloth, which suggests that they had not been properly cleaned. The flooring entrance leading to the bathroom: One concern during our stay was the raised bathroom flooring at the entrance. The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot. The way the room looked, you’d think it wouldn’t even have hot water. And the bed was sturdy, just trying to say something positive."

"Staff was very accomodating. Stayed for 2 nights with family. Well-sized family rooms with shared common area."

"I have noticed that the breakfast buffet is the same every day, and there are few choices. The taste was not quite what I expected."

"No complaints"

"We were given rooms on the side opposite the ocean even though the hotel was nearly empty. I had no issue with the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool area and beyond it the beach and ocean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. All things considered, I would rather have been in San Juan where the action is."

"Room was very clean, staff are friendly, courteous and always available to help."
