"Appartamenti belli,curati e puliti,in un borgo esclusivo e tranquillo ad un passo dalle splendide Oasi terme…per non parlare del ristorante con i salumi speciali del loro allevamento e i vini di loro produzione,la gentilezza di Simona sempre disponibile e la simpatia del patron Luigi….insomma week end bellissimo STRACONSIGLIATO!!!!!!!"

"We went as a group of 5 with 2 grandparents and a toddler. The instructions to find the property provided by the host were very good and meant the property was easy to find, the host even helped with a supermarket recommendation. The property is as pictured set in beautiful country side with stunning views and a well maintained pool. A few things to bear in mind it is a very rustic property and the internet can be almost non existent, a few bits need a bit of tlc like some plug sockets don’t...

"We had a great time at the house. The location is amazing, great views and shops and pizza restaurant nearby. The pool is very clean and big, the children and the rest of the family had a great time! Contact with the friendly host was easy and fast. We highly recommend. "

"Beautiful private pool area and big house. Excellent service from Susanna and her husband who help us when we had trouble with our rental car. Picked us up at the train station and found a rental car for us in Orvieto. We could not be happier with our holliday thanks to them. Several vineyards near by, and the beautiful town of Orvieto. Been here before and will return! Big thanks "

"We had an excellent two week stay in this beautiful house, which is accessed down a 1.5km track, and is located in the grounds of the main property but remains secluded. "Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...
