Great location for anyone wishing to escape to a quiet fishing village and/or the local hills, whether for the views or watch the military jets flying low overhead (or below them!) Would very happily return and recommend! Highly recommend visitors also visit the birthplace inspiration behind Thomas The Tank Engine at nearby Tywyn Wharf Railway Station. "

"A lovely quiet site ( June) with a really good restaurant and bar which we used twice during our visit. The food was excellent in the evening. The Falcon Lodge was spacious and mostly clean. The pool is a lovely bonus even if it is quite small and the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were also used. Weekends are much busier on the site as many people from outside use the facilities ( pool, restaurant and golf course) The overall location is good being situated between Aberaeron and Aberystwyth. "Practical room with the sound of the sea."

"Hotel situated in a good place everything in walking distance, hotel clean and tidy, parking in hotel only enough for 4 vehicles, parking outside hotel but taken up quickly. WIFI good enough for work emails, staff very helpful and polite, Breakfast good, room very spacious and clean but bed a bit hard and noisy seagulls all night which will the same for every hotel in area. I would stop again if in area. "

"Staff really friendly and helpful, service good, booked a delux room, which seemed really tired when I got in it, I don’t normally ask to move rooms, but glad I did as was then given a lovely room that was pictured on their website, lovely roll top bath, sea views, the staff didn’t mind me asking to move."

"Overall nice hotel, above a bar which can be a bit noisy if you want an early night. Only real complaint is there was a lot of loud door slamming in the morning on one day."

"It’s a lovely place to stay and the room was very clean and comfy. We didn’t have a great sleep as their are only blinds on the windows so it was like daylight from 5.30AM and their was painting being done outside our room and could smell it early on which was a shame. Overall I’d recommend the b and b and explore the area. "
