"The room was very clean, newly renovated, spacious and quiet. My usband and I stay here a lot as we like the welcoming atmosphere which includes being greeted with a gift bag containing snacks and bottles of water. The staff are always courteous and professional. The hot breakfast that's included is very nice."

The rate was reasonable, the pool was warm and inviting, the staff was accommodating, the water pressure was good and the shower head adjustable, and it was in a convenient location. "The room was very spacious. It had a table and two chairs. The room was clean but the table and one of the chairs were covered in something very sticky (that is why we gave them a three for cleanliness). They had a closet. The picture one reviewer showed of the toilet paper in a yellow space was for the extra toilet paper roll, which was nice. Much better than having the extra roll sitting on the back of the toilet. "Property was clean and well maintained, the girl at the front desk seemed to be in a hurry to check us in, asking too much at once, breakfast was not very good"

"No desk in room, no coffee maker or alarm clock in room. Mould in shower area. Pigeons flying all over the place. Continental breakfast is nowhere to be seen since they advertised it but nothing."

"It is a decent place to stay for 1 night when travelling through town. Clean, and spacious. Especially good if you don't prefer to share bed with travelling companion because you get two double beds."

"Getting to the hotel a little tricky"

"The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."

The people wanna shop just that everything just seems to be around there. You don’t have to go too far to go to a restaurant but Kelsey was great,We went there alsowe seen Keg was there."
