"Lovely and helpful front staff. Can't beat the location for convenience to the airport - in sight and just a ten minute walk though there is also a free shuttle that runs frequently. Also a convenient bus stop out front for a bus that takes you right into the city for touring (~15 minute bus ride). Had room service from the hotel restaurant - excellent. Very nice hotel worker delivered the food (he had also lived for a while in my own hometown - Boston, MA!)"

"The stay just ended on the wrong note with what looked like a 10cm/10cm blood stain in the entryway of our room. We were lucky enough that they had other rooms available. The second room bathroom sink smelled like pee. Just really not what I am used to from a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. Really disappointed from a cleanliness standpoint but hotel looks cool and is 10 minutes walk from the airport."

"The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar was nice and busy. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside with our cocktails. My only negative comment would be the need for a blackout blind. The room didn't get totally dark other than that, I would highly recommend."

"Great little oasis by the airport. Chose this based on closeness to the airport for leaving the next day, only 5-10 min. Great location, quiet, and the grounds around were very nice. Easy parking on-site. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only issue is there is no lift and had to use stairs. Restaurant was very nice and breakfast was good. If you like wine, they have a great selection. Nice place, would highly recommend."

"Booked a room with a sofa bed because we were 3 traveller but upon checking in we weren’t given one. When I asked why we didn’t get what we booked I was told cause I didn’t ask for one and that 2 people can share a bed!?! They didn’t offer a room change or and upgrade and when I asked for this I was told no. The carpets throughout the hotel were in terrible condition…very stained and lifting up. "Staff were friendly and accommodating when we arrived early before check in time. All 3 guests were delighted with the room especially our 9 year old boy was delighted to be sleeping in the bunk bed..this was a lovely birthday treat."

"This hotel was okay, not great. First of all, there is NO lift/ elevator and there are lots of stairs - good to know in advance. The breakfast was not great - below average. This hotel caters for coach/ bus tours rather than individual travellers. The original room we were put in was not well kept and the replacement room was better but still not great. I would say this is hotel is distinctly average with room for improvement. Not sure that I would stay there again, and we go to Edinburgh nearly...
