"Room was clean except for a spot on door frame in bathroom (blood stained). Bed only had a sheet and the decorative cover, no blanket, no in room coffee. Breakfast was a choice of pop tart, honey bun or muffins. Small cups of coffee, no juice was choice of drink."

"The hotel is clean, has free parking, and breakfast. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy any part of the breakfast as it doesn't open until 7am and we had to leave each morning prior to then. "An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen"

"The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. "

"AC worked well on the hottest day so far in Houston. Maid staff were friendly and efficient. They were helpful for a special request. Room was roomy and fully stocked. We had an excellent stay."
