"All I wanted was a clean place to crash after dinner and before catching the 6 am Murry bus the next day. The novotel delivered. There is no more convenient hotel for that.
I was there for maybe l2 hours so I did not use any facilities."

"The apartment was excellent everything was clean and spotless. We booked a one bed but had the choice of two rooms. Apartment looked like it was newly renovated, bed was comfortable and kitchen suppled with all the gadgets you would need. High speed NBN supplied and apartment even though it faced the road had no noice. Two EV charged were available on site. Would recommend if u want a nice comfortable place to stay."

"We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The property was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, the amenities were excellent, and everything was exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

"As my partner is a retired chef, a vegan, and disabled and the fact that we travel extensively we always look for places that have full size fridges, and a kitchen w/ a cook top if not an actual full stove. This space was actually described as having both, but ultimately had a small motel style fridge, and a plug in, portable electric hot place. "Well located rooms for when you’re visiting the Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles. Room was clean and as described. Communication with the host was excellent as was their reminders on how to access the property."
