"No Ac I didn’t read all listing but for s motel which it is . It isn’t a hotel AC should be available. We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. Anyone could have come in the room not very safe for my children and I."

"Appartement spacieux et surtout très bien placé. Proche de la vieille ville à pied et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il soit bien orienté pour rejoindre la petite station de ski de Semnoz.
Le parking dans la résidence est un plus.
Nous recommandons cet appartement, nous reviendrons !"

"Fantastic views! Nice 2-b apartment facing the lake and has views of the church tower and the town. Beautiful apartment. Full shades in all windows. Despite of the heat, we did not experience much discomfort. One thing I want to alert the next renters is that Google Maps does not provide the correct exact address to enter the car garage. Make sure you get the exact directions from the leasing agent. A pleasant experience."

"Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place.

"Great home…very comfortable (air-conditioning could be better) ...this seems to be a problem in Europe...here the control of the air-conditioning was not given to us even though we requested this several time. Otherwise, it is a fantastic home, large rooms, wonderful bathrooms ...and withing a short walking distance to the most vibrant part of the city. "
