Nestled on a quiet oceanside street in Avon, Salty Soul, a 4-bedroom/2 bath vacation home is perfectly located to allow you to enjoy ocean views and easy beach access. Fully renovated, from luxury laminate flooring throughout, updated bedrooms, new bedding/mattress, updated bathrooms, new deck furniture, new living room furniture to a screened-in porch with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and unbeatable views. From the moment you pull into the driveway, you'll know this is the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy all Hatteras Island has to offer!

Ground Level: After a full day of beach adventures, water activities, or exploring take advantage of the outside shower with hot & cold water. Stop by the fish market and pick up some local favorites to throw on the charcoal grill. For all the fishermen, a fish-cleaning table is at your fingertips. Rounding out this level is plenty of parking and a quick walk to one of Hatteras Island's best beaches!

Mid Level: Conveniently located on this level, you'll find a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. A full-sized refrigerator for storing extra snacks, and beach essentials for a fun day in the sun! The lockable storage room is perfect for storing all your fishing and beach gear.

Top Level: Gathering with friends and family will be a breeze in this tastefully decorated open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining 6-seat dining table. Step outside and take in the cool summer breezes, the screened-in porch with a picnic table, Smart TV, and comfortable seating is the ideal spot to host game night. Or, simply enjoy a shaded area to relax or grab some quiet time with your favorite beverage. Cuddle up on the oversized cozy couch with a good read or watch the popular series Outer Banks.. a great mystery and will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Four Bedrooms are situated on this level. There's a King Master with a private bath, a Twin Bunk room with a Double bed, a Queen bedroom, and a Double bedroom that shares a full hallway bath. All the bedrooms are well-appointed and feature Smart TVs. A beautiful sundeck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean provides a serene place to call home for a week or two. Enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee or take in the unobstructed view of the starry sky - the perfect way to a storybook ending!

Extras: Newly Renovated! Outside shower with hot & cold water, fish cleaning table, charcoal grill, crockpot, air fryer, surfboard, screened-in porch, sundeck, storage room, outside furniture, picnic table, covered parking, and unlimited Avon Pier pass. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Very close to the beach, kid friendly, had tons of beach accessories for adults and kids. The home was clean and well decorated. I nice home away from home for a week! Would definitely book again. Also close to all amenities such as the grocery store, fresh seafood and tons of activities.
