"I would say the room was great. It was clean and very spacious. The staff working in the office were very friendly and kind. The parking is plentiful and easy to access. The area around the hotel is quiet and calm. The only real consideration is that the area where this is located does not have much in the way of food options, shopping, or much else and the hotel staff and owners of course don't have anything to do with that. "The cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cabins were closer together than I expected, but they’ve done a great job at still making it seem very private. The river was shallow, so the pups really enjoyed walking in it. Jerry was always very responsive, as was Chris who we met when we arrived. Overall a great stay!"

"We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! "

"This was a perfect home to come and enjoy the beautiful mountain. The home had everything needed and loved the outdoor space. We even saw deer from the back deck on several nights. This was a relaxing stress free trip which will always be remembered. "

"We are so grateful we found this property. We were goi g to pay over 1000 for two rooms at the hotel down the road for two nights. Thankfully my sister found this as an alternative. It was so quaint and clean. It smelled good and everything looked brand new it was so well cared for. I could go on and on about the shower and how great the water pressure was. "We had an amazing vacation here at Sutton’s Roost. Home was terrific for us and our kids. Tons of room, well stocked kitchen, hot tub and sauna to calm our aching muscles after hiking all over the place. Upper back porch to relax and eat and watch the stars. Game room for movie nights with giant TV. Huge comfy beds for all. Wintergreen resort and surrounding area is absolutely amazing. "Alicia’s cabin was the most magical and perfect getaway. Everything was as advertised and was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. I’m glad Alicia listed instructions on how to get to the property because it is easy to miss on the drive in. She was very responsive and helpful with all of the local recommendations. The creekside cabin is the perfect place to unwind & relax. "

"We had a very enjoyable weekend at this property despite the fact that it was either pouring rain or heavy winds. It is a wonderful property with amazing views of the mountains and a very cozy living room with a fireplace and comfy seating. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and overlooks the living room and the view. All the rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and very clean. We stayed there in the past and look forward to our next visit."

"Thank you for such a nice stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved having 3 beds and baths. Condo was well kept and had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Especially enjoyed access to Chestnut pool. It was immaculately kept. "

"The condo is just as it is described in the listing! Clean and beautiful with firewood for the fire place readily available. Everything that you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owner has thought of everything! We will definitely be booking again."
