Surf In, Surf Out is a family favorite condo! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located on a private and quiet end of the courtyard.

The condo has three private sleeping rooms: The master suite (king bed) with ensuite bathroom; bedroom 2 (queen bed); and the loft area. In the loft is a queen bed, 2 twins, and 1 twin sleeper sofa. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Total beds is 7. Sleeps 11 guests. 2 bathrooms downstairs.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area and second bedroom is handicap accessible. There are three steps leading to the master suite. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

Great great!

I stayed in this vacation home with my family. It was a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely perfect for us, was stocked with all the essentials and required the bare minimum to check out. It was perfect we would easily choose to stay again. The location was phenomenal and I appreciated the covered/gated parking. All I would say that’s critical is the stairs are a little scary/unprotected and I worried about my older children traveling them in the middle of the night to use the restroom. If I had younger children I would have opted to sleep them in the master with me. It was still a 10/10.

Wonderful Stay!

We have been coming to this property for years but this was the first time staying at this unit. The furniture and decor were top notch. We loved the spacious living room and kitchen area. The stairs were a bit steep and slippery in socks, but overall perfect stay!

Perfect Property

This property worked perfectly for my 2 adult daughters and their families for my birthday celebration weekend. Location was fantastic - everything was an easy walk away. The property itself is beautifully decorated and appointed. We had everything we needed to cook in with plenty of space for all. We enjoyed our weekend so much we intend to make it an annual event.

Avila condo

Very nice. Missed having an ocean view, but we needed 4 separate beds for 4 adult sisters, so had to rent a larger house. Appreciated it is a no pets, no smoking house. Only item we would have liked in the kitchen was a pitcher for water or iced tea!

The condo was very clean with more than enough cleaning supplies and soap to make you feel safe. In the middle of Avila so very convenient and close to all shops and beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Best Location for Beach and Shopping

Exactly as advertised: easy check in & check out process, provided two parking spaces, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and super friendly staff to aide me with operating the ceiling fans!!! The property is steps away from the beach and local stores/restaurants/shops! My family and I LOVED our vacation experience here!!!

Love the property. Did have a small issue with the fans not working which kept someone in the property from the management company for several hours which disrupted things but a minor inconvenience at best. Beefy helpful staff too!
