This gorgeous 5BR luxury home offers a private outdoor oasis complete with a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. Just 10 minutes from downtown Austin and the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, you’ll enjoy short commutes no matter where you’re heading!

OUTDOOR AMENITIES


Step through the french doors into your own personal retreat equipped with a beautiful heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. Fire up the propane grill and relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture - staying cool under the covered patio space! Unwind on the lounge chairs and when you’re done laying out, rinse off underneath the outdoor shower. Also, enjoy a perfect yard year-round with this home’s high-quality astroturf!


THE HOME


The large, open living and dining area offers plenty of space for large groups of family and friends. Prepare your favorite meal in the stylish, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen which boasts stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The formal dining table offers seating for eight with additional stools around the island.


BEDROOMS


Just off of the kitchen are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed and two are fitted with a full-size bed. One bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Up the stairs, guests can access the back balcony as well as the master suite. The master contains two queen size beds and a stylish ensuite with dual vanities and an oversized walk-in with dual shower heads.

THINGS TO NOTE

1) This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.

2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).

3) The pool can be heated for $175/day (plus tax). Please provide 24 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool.

Overall, a nice space and good for our family gathering for Thanksgiving.It is a 10-15 minute drive to restaurants. There is a walking trail to a park just a block away, which was nice.The backyard is spacious and the hot tub was great. It would be helpful to include instructions for the hot tub in the check-in manual instead of having to message for use.The kitchen was not well stocked for our purposes - no cheese grater, hand mixer, very few glasses, etc...The fire alarm went off almost every time we opened the oven door while cooking (off-gassing of cleaning product, maybe?).The windows could use dressing. The light from the street lamps was pretty bright in the rooms.

Austin House

Well managed property, clean, easy to check in. Pool was awesome. The surrounding neighborhood leaves much to be desired, but at no point was that ever an issue. I would recommend this Vrbo to my friends.

Great weekend

This was a great home for our Memorial Day weekend in Austin. Easy trip from the airport & close to all Austin has to offer. Home had plenty of room for all of us. Management team & owner were quick to get back to us with all our needs. Home was fully stocked with all our needs.

Perfect Reunion Pad

All aspects of this stay were superlative. Starting with the communication leading up to check in, to all the amenities working perfectly. It made for a perfect backdrop to a reunion of friends from all corners of the country and over decades. It has the space for people to spread out and the gathering spots to drive the appropriate intimacy of a group of friends. While the centerpiece is the pool and hot tub, the areas around the deck, the grill and even the balcony overlook provides for varied vistas that add to a diverse occasion without leaving the home. 5 Stars.

Our biggest concern is where were no safety bars in any of the showers or bathrooms. There we no railings for safe entry to swimming pool. We had 5 over 65 years. No comfortable furniture to sit on. Setup for a party group.

Relaxing

The house was lovely for 5 adults. Beds extremely comfortable. Getting hot tub turned on/off was a quick text. 10 mins drive to airport and main activities area. Will definitely stay again if in Austin.

Good for multi-generational familes

We had people from 8 months to 72 years and it worked well. It was well equipped and the swimming pool provided our central gathering place around mid-afternoon. We found several good places in the area for younger children including Lady Bird Johnson wildflower gardens, the children’s museum (called Thinkery) and a huge park (Butler Park) with a good children’s area (Alliance Children’s Garden). There is also a fairly large park a block behind the house with a lot of open space and a small children’s playground.

Worth it

This property was perfect for our Thanksgiving/30th Birthday get together. There was plenty of space and room to spread out and the house is very functional. It is in a neighborhood very close to downtown, the airport, and other areas of interest in Austin. The property managers are super responsive and were available without being bothersome. The highlight is for sure the backyard space and pool! During some pretty unseasonably cold TX weather, the heated pool and hot tub were well worth it!! We loved being able to grill, swim, and hang during the day and in the evening. Our kids did not want to leave- and neither did we! Would recommend this property for sure- thanks for an amazing week!

Perfect for our family

This house proved to be a great choice for our family who was gathering together for a wedding. Great location with easy access to South Congress St., great restaurants, Barton Springs, etc. Beds were super comfortable. Especially loved the pool and shower in the master bath. We did have some issues with the hot water going in and out, but the property manager was very responsive.

Great Reunion

Pictures don't lie! The pictures you see of this home and pool and exactly like they are advertised, if not better. My family was so impressed with the home, especially with the pool - a true pool to swim in, not just wade. I'm not an expert. but the kitchen seemed to be "top-of-the-line", too. Guest services were very prompt to help me out with any request.

Perfect Bachelorette Oasis

I used this property for a bachelorette over Memorial Day weekend! All the girls loved the event and really enjoyed the property. I think we spent most of our time in the pool. The house was far enough from downtown that I felt like a little oasis but close enough that a cheap Uber ride got us there in the blink of an eye. This property is so peaceful and created for relaxation and celebration. We wouldn’t change a thing!

Great Spot in Austin

The house was perfect, we had a group of friends looking to relax during the day and go out at night and this was the ideal place to book. The pool/backyard was very clean and spacious and the inside of the house was open and welcoming for a group to hangout. Easily would come back to this house for the next trip to Austin!

Weekend getaway

The house was nice on the inside but the front nothing great. I assume that's why there are no pictures of the front in the listing. The rooms were smaller than we expected and especially the shower downstairs was quite small. Our hot water didn't work the first night we were there, but there was a freeze that day and they did come out to fix it for us the following day. After fixing the hot water we noticed some leaks in the upstairs, which they came out again the following day to look at. We noticed a couple of areas with stains on the master bedroom carpet which didn't look like they had attempted to clean before us. The place overall was ok but we would stay somewhere else, closer to downtown.
