Whether you're sipping morning coffee poolside or unwinding in the sunken hot tub after exploring South Congress, this home promises a quintessential Austin experience — refined, refreshing, and perfectly relaxed.

Fantastic location, walking distance to Zilker Park and shopping on Congress. Pool and back patio area were perfect for gathering with friends and family. Well-managed, loved this property!

Not as advertised

I asked for early checkin. The first time I was told, to check back the day before. I reached out the day before arrival and was told to check back in the morning. I messaged the host in the morning only to be told that they’d have to check with the onsite team. Then they were waiting for the inspection to be completed. The inspector let us in early and the host did not respond about early checkin.The house itself is nice. The washer had errors every time you ran a load. The heater in the pool/hot tub doesn’t work. When the pool service company arrived, they informed myself and the guests that the owner is aware but will not fix it. Don’t advertise a heated pool and hot tub if the heater doesn’t work. The water for the sinks and showers get warm but not hot. On Saturday afternoon while my friends and I were swimming, the lawn service company came out and cut the grass. Not very relaxing on a Saturday afternoon when you know you have guests. Overall stay was ok.

The location of this property is fantastic. Very easy to get to downtown Austin and the University of Texas area. The property was very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and easy to access. We did not use the pool because the water was a little too chilly.

Great Home in Austin!

Best supplied Vrbo I've ever rented! I rented based on indoor and outdoor seating, BBQ, and table big enough to eat and play games. This home worked extremely well for our family to celebrate our 60th anniversary. I have a couple of suggestions. Some hooks in the bathroom as well as a grab bar in the shower for getting out. Also, ask cleaners to vacuum jnder cushions in the couches.

Beautiful house, nice pool, quiet neighborhood

Beautiful house with ample space in the three bedrooms. Nice areas to hang out in with friends including the dining room, living room, and outside near the pool. Easy check in, good parking available drive way. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and located just off a main road, easy to get anywhere in Austin.Only issue was the directions for operating the hot tub need to be updated. The instructions that were emailed to us ahead of time were no longer applicable. It took us over a day to get ahold of someone that knew how to operate the hot tub and then we had no issues with it. Once we got past the management company and talked to the actual property manager then it was a fast resolution to get the hot tub working.
