While we love pets, furry guests are not permitted at Vista House. Please arrange a vacation for your babies while you are on your vacation :)

You must be at least 25 years old to book Vista House. If you are interested in hosting a small event, please search “Vista House Austin” .com (no spaces or quotes) to get in touch with our event team. We may have to make special accommodations with the city for events, therefore, hosting unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property. We are happy to host you, we just have to go through the proper channels :)

All bookings will require a separate rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. Check in information will not be released until we have a signed agreement. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if a signed agreement isn’t submitted ahead of your arrival. We will send you a reminder to ensure this doesn’t happen :)
