Bohemian Flat

This beautiful outside/inside themed unit is recently renovated and ready for YOU! It is charming and quirky.

Located in the St. Johns neighborhood in North Austin, it is conveniently located to easy access to the I-35 and 183. It is about 10 minutes from the domain, 15 mins from downtown, 18 minutes from Barton Springs and Zilker Park, and about 20 mins from the airport!

The space:
During your stay, you will have easy access to the home with the keypad entry and will enjoy the convenience of self-check-in. The beautifully renovated kitchen is stocked with silverware, utensils, pots, pan, dishes, mugs, glasses, plates, and bowls. The pantry holds spices and other cooking essentials if you decide to cook during your stay. There are a dishwasher and a laundry room in the unit for use as well as an iron and ironing board! The bathroom has soaps, some bathroom essentials, and a dryer for use also.

Close by eats and things>>>>> An easy drive to both Duval Biscuits and Groovy and the very yummy The Omelettry (under 3 miles :) For a nice dinner, Contigo is fun, lively and just a short drive away. Don't forget to save time and experience an Austin gem while in town. Sahara Lounge offers unique Austin nightlife and live music (7.1 miles). Little Longhorn Saloon is another entertaining Austin hot spot offering a unique experience with Chicken-poop bingo and live music every Sunday (only 3 miles)!!! If bringing the kiddos, Thinkery is a fun and one of a kind children's museum very close by (3.8 miles)

Getting around:
We recommend accounting for using rideshare to commute (Uber and Lyft are readily available here) or renting a car to fully enjoy Austin from this unit. Not a walkable area.

The place was not cleaned when we arrived. We tried contacting the owner but didn't get much response. We needed to go to a hotel and was totally frustrated. He finally responded and agreed to refund our fee. Finally after a week ang half we got the refund, but shorted us 300.00. I would never use this owner again. BAD. BAD. BAD!

Cute decorated 4-plex

The condo is very well decorated and picture perfect. The swings and stars were such a cute addition and really made it pop. It was clean for the most part but had some weird smell and a few bugs. It’s advertised as a house but its actually a 4-plex. The location is in a very run down area, I wouldn’t let my daughter walk the dogs outside alone. This would be a perfect spot for a weekend if you’re wanting to hit downtown since it’s close to everything.

Nice local retreat to get out of my house

I stayed at the "Quirky Casita" for a long weekend to escape my house while it was on the market being sold and there were people touring my house. It was a great escape, very clean, with lots of fun lighting and artwork and character. The ability to stream on most all platforms and to have 2 bedrooms with fresh linens and fully equipped kitchen was very convenient. It's a great location, very central in Austin with access to amenities and restaurants. Thanks for the excellent place to stay!
