Get the best of Austin in this perfectly located home in South Austin. Just 10 minutes to South Congress, Downtown, and East Austin means you’re a short ride away from the hustle and bustle of everything Austin has to offer. If you’ve been to Austin and think you’ve seen it all, head 10 minutes in the opposite direction to check out local spots including Armadillo Den, Lustre Pearl - South, and Valentina’s. When you’re done with the scene, enjoy the .25 acre backyard that’s full of live oak trees. Spend time grilling, playing games, or just enjoying the blue jays that love to hang out in the trees.

This is a perfect house for a long term rental, perhaps if your future home isn’t done being built on time or if you’ll be in Austin for work for long periods of time.

The home is owned and hosted by two people who have spent their entire careers working in hospitality, so it has everything you could think of the most enjoyable stay in Austin. The kitchen is full of everything you’ll need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the bathrooms have all the amenities you may have forgotten.

Came to a wedding and this house was perfect for us. Close to family so a great stay. Had plenty of towels and everything you should need. Would book again.

Nice and comfortable place to stay.

We enjoyed staying at this property. I grew up near this area, so I was very familiar with everything there. The house was clean and comfortable. The backyard is very nice as well. The hostess was quick to respond to any inquiries. We would stay there again if available.

Wonderful!

The house was absolutely perfect for our weekend away! The host even left snacks and feminine products which really shocked me! I’ve never had such a thoughtful host before and this will definitely be my go to for my next Austin trip!!

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay. This house maximized value for 3 bedrooms. We loved all the thoughtful amenities stocked around the House. Every time I thought of something I wish I had packed, I discovered the homeowners were one step ahead of me and already had it set out!
